  29. Actually, I shop there regularly and they can be VERY RUDE!  They treat me
  30. better now that I've spent a fortune there, but you should hear them talk
  31. to people on the phone.  What's worse is what they call you when they hang
  32. up!

  34. Actually they are really funny sometimes.  But normally, they will try and
  35. get you what you want.
